BREEDER'S CLUB RULES
ANIMAL ISLAND SP. Z OO WITH ITS HEADQUARTERS IN RADOM
§1 Concepts
- Animal Island – Animal Island sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Radom, address: 26-600 Radom, ul. Marii Fołtyn 11, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Lublin-Wschód in Lublin, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000856742, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 7962998028, with the share capital of PLN 626 700.00, organiser of the Breeders Club;
- Breeders Club – a loyalty program for animal breeders, as well as for foundations, temporary homes, dog schools, behaviorists and trainers, enabling access to preferential purchasing conditions;
- Breeder – a natural or legal person running a legal animal breeding business, a foundation, a temporary home, a dog school, a behaviorist or a trainer who meets the legal and membership requirements of the Club;
- Breeder Account – an individual account in the Animal Island online store, activated after positive verification of the breeding;
- Layette – a set of Animal Island products intended for newborn farm animals;
- Privacy Policy – a document regulating the principles of processing personal data of Breeder Club participants;
- E-shop regulations – rules regarding purchases in the Animal Island online shop, also applicable to members of the Breeders Club.
§ 2 General provisions
1. These regulations define the rules of participation in the Breeders Club run by Animal Island.
2. The club is intended for breeders who, through their care, ensure proper nutrition and condition, compliance with breeding conditions and contribute to the health and happiness of dogs and cats from birth to old age.
3. Animal Island Breeders Club brings together lovers and enthusiasts of dogs and cats. Membership of the Breeders and owners of purebred dog studs in the FCI ( Fédération Cynologique Internationale ) and cat breeders in the FIFe ( Fédération Internationale Féline ), TICA ( The International Cat Association ) and WCF ( The World Cat Federation ).
§3 Conditions of participation
1. Animal Island Breeders Club Member status is available to:
and. people who own a dog breeding farm,
b. people who have a cattery,
c. persons who have a stud dog,
d. persons with a service dog,
e. foundations,
f. temporary homes,
g. dog schools,
h. behaviorists and trainers (actively practicing).
2. Joining the Animal Island Breeders Club requires acceptance of these Regulations.
3. An entity interested in joining the Animal Island Breeders Club should:
and. complete the registration form available on the Animal websiteIsland ;
b. send scans of documents confirming membership in one of the groups mentioned in paragraph 1 above to the e- mail address : anna.derkacz@animalisland.eu
4. After receiving the registration form, Animal Island verifies the submitted documents. In justified cases, Animal Island may ask for additional documents.
§ 4 Rules for using the Breeders Club on Animal Island
1. After positive verification, the Breeder will receive an e-mail confirming his/her membership in the Breeders Club.
2. When making purchases at the Animal Island store, the Breeder should log in using the email address and password provided when registering for the Breeders Club.
3. The permanent 15% discount will be assigned to the Breeder Account only after the correct entry of the e-mail address and password.
4. The discount will be automatically calculated for orders with a minimum value of PLN 500 (in words: five hundred 00/100) gross.
5. The discount granted within the Breeders Club cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or discount coupons. Only one form of discount can be applied to one order.
6. A breeder can only have one account entitling him to a discount.
7. Only one delivery address for discounted products can be indicated per Breeder Account.
8. Animal Island reserves the right to limit the quantity of products sold through the Breeders Club.
9. The discount does not apply to products marked as "Special Price".
§3 Benefits for Animal Island Breeders Club Members
1. Animal Island Breeders Club members can benefit from regular discounts and promotions, as well as:
and. additional discount thresholds depending on the value of purchases,
b. cyclical promotions,
c. kits with attractive discounts,
d. free delivery from 500 (in words: five hundred 00/100) zloty.
e. additional discount when purchasing feed in pallet quantities.
2. Breeders Club members receive a permanent discount for new owners of puppies/kittens and for adopted dogs and cats based on an adoption agreement.
3. Layette Program:
and. Animal Island offers Breeders the opportunity to order a Layette for puppies or kittens, consisting of products appropriately selected by Animal Island;
b. Conditions for obtaining the Layette with a discount:
and. having a Breeder Account,
ii. regular orders for a minimum amount of PLN 1,500 ( in words: one thousand five hundred 00/100 ) gross within the last 6 months from the date of joining the Breeders Club,
iii. informing Animal Island of the birth of puppies or kittens, providing the Breeder’s details, number, breed and date of birth of the puppies or kittens.
4. The breeder who received The Layette is obliged not to sell or make available in any other form to entities other than the purchaser of the puppies or kittens, the Layettes received from Animal Island or their components, and not to use them on its own, but only to pass them on to the purchasers of the puppies or kittens.
5. In the event of the sale of the Layette or its components by the Breeder, Animal Island reserves the right to claim payment from such Breeder for an amount equivalent to the benefit obtained by the Breeder in connection with the violation of the terms of these Regulations.
6. Animal Island reserves the right to refuse to send the Kits for justified reasons, including in particular in the event of:
and. the supply of Starters has been exhausted,
b. reasonable doubts as to the veracity of the information provided by the Breeder,
c. the Breeder makes purchases using the Breeder Account in the online store for an amount lower than that required in these Regulations,
d. refusal to submit the litter card by the Breeder for verification purposes,
e. breach by the Breeder of any provision of these Regulations.
§ 4 Rules for placing orders
1. The minimum amount of a single order within the Breeder's Club is PLN 500 (in words: five hundred 00/100) gross.
2. Orders placed by Breeders are fulfilled in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the regulations of the Animal Island sp. z o. o. e-shop, available at the following link: https://www.animalisland.eu/pages/regulamin
3. Animal Island reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the event of non-compliance with the Breeder Club Regulations.
§6 Final provisions
1. Animal Island reserves the right to change these Rules at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes via email or on the website.
2. Animal Island may revoke access to the Breeder Club in the event of a breach of the Breeder Regulations or the provision of false information during the registration process.
3. Any disputes arising from participation in the Breeder's Club will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the seat of Animal Island.
4. The regulations enter into force on 28/03/2025.
